New Delhi, June 21 -- With "Yoga for Healthy Ageing" as this year's theme, Cabinet ministers and senior government officials joined thousands of people at parks, educational institutions and heritage sites across the national capital on Sunday to mark the 12th International Day of Yoga, highlighting yoga's growing role in preventive healthcare and holistic well-being.
Leading the celebrations in Delhi, Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda participated in a mass yoga session at Shantipath, where citizens, healthcare professionals, volunteers and officials performed yoga asanas and breathing exercises.
