Thiruvananthapuram, May 27 -- HLL, a Mini Ratna public sector enterprise under the union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has expanded its annual menstrual cup production capacity to 5 million units as part of its efforts to promote menstrual hygiene and environmentally sustainable menstrual health solutions across India.
