Hyderabad, June 14 -- The Hyderabad City Security Council (HCSC), in collaboration with Hyderabad City Police, on Sunday organised the certification ceremony for the first cohort of the Margadarshak Programme and formally launched its second cohort aimed at strengthening community participation in public safety initiatives.
The Margadarshak Programme is a community-driven initiative designed to create a network of trained volunteers and safety ambassadors who can support law enforcement agencies in promoting public safety, emergency response, women's safety, cyber awareness and community engagement.
