Bengaluru, Sept. 3 -- The Karnataka High Court has warned that the Director of the Directorate of Minorities may have to appear before it if the government fails to submit an updated report on the inquiry and action against educational institutions allegedly being run fraudulently in Bengaluru.
A Division Bench comprising Justice Jayant Banerji and Justice T.M. Nadaf issued the direction while hearing a petition filed by Abdul Hameed Pasha against Pradeep Simha and another.
