Aizawl, Oct. 5 -- The Gauhati High Court has cancelled Mizoram's recruitment process for 100 health worker posts, directing the state government to first determine how many contractual National Health Mission (NHM) employees could be considered for regularisation before proceeding with fresh direct recruitment.
Justice Mridul Kumar Kalita, in an order issued on Thursday, set aside and quashed the advertisement issued by the Director of Health Services on July 22, 2025, inviting applications for the 100 health worker posts exclusively through direct recruitment.
