Nagpur, July 15 -- The Bombay High Court has initiated action against an advocate for describing court proceedings in his client's case as an instance of "judicial terrorism", observing that such remarks constitute an unjustified attack on the dignity of the judiciary.

A Division Bench of the Nagpur Bench comprising Justices Anil Pansare and Rajnish Vyas, in an order dated July 13, issued a show cause notice to advocate V. A. Kothale, directing him to explain why his conduct should not be referred to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa for appropriate disciplinary action.
