Jaipur, July 14 -- The Rajasthan High Court today dismissed petitions filed against the "encroachment" demolition drive being carried out by authorities in the border belt of Jaisalmer, Barmer, Sriganganagar and Bikaner, holding that issue of the National Security is the Supreme (paramount).

Dismissing the petitions a single-judge bench of Justice Sameer Jain held that normally followed procedural rules of natural justice can be relaxed or dropped to the demands of the national security.

Describing the needs of national security as supreme (paramount), Justice Jain said ,"Na Mandir, Na Masjid, Na Koi Deewar Badi Hoti Hei ; Jab Matribhumi Ki Raksha Ki Baari Khadi Hoti Hei, Jo Bhumi Hei Rashtra Ki Voh Pahle Rashtra Ki He Rahegi. Jahan Surak...
