Chandigarh, Aug. 1 -- Taking a bold step toward sustainable progress, Haryana will now require a thorough assessment of water availability and feasibility before greenlighting new industrial projects, announced Dr Amit Kumar Agrawal, Commissioner and Secretary of Information, Public Relations, Languages and Culture, on Friday.
He made this announcement during the unveiling of "Ek Boond Sau Sawaal" (One Drop, Hundred Questions), a thought-provoking book on water conservation co-authored by noted writers Dr Shameem Sharma and Dr Sarita Sharma, at Haryana Niwas in Chandigarh.
