Chandigarh, July 2 -- The Haryana Government has announced that the Agniveer recruitment process under the Agnipath scheme will commence in the state from July 20, with recruitment rallies to be conducted in four phases between July 2026 and March 2027.
The decision was reviewed during a meeting of the State-Level Steering Committee chaired by Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, who directed district administrations to ensure seamless coordination with the Indian Army for the successful conduct of the recruitment process.
Rastogi said Haryana has consistently made a significant contribution to the country's Armed Forces and stressed that candidates participating in the recruitment rallies should not face any inconvenience.
