Panchkula, July 7 -- In a significant move aimed at unlocking institutional land assets, the Haryana Town and Country Planning Department will conduct an e-auction of 31 institutional and community sites across 15 towns on July 15, 2026, with a combined reserve price of over Rs 812.68 crore.
Modelled on the e-auction system followed by HSVP, the auction covers land earmarked for primary schools, nursery schools, high schools and dispensary/health facilities within licensed private colonies. These sites were originally reserved as mandatory community infrastructure under approved colony development plans and are now being offered for allotment through a transparent online bidding process.
