Panchkula, Aug. 9 -- Haryana has stepped up its offensive against the drug trade by targeting not just narcotics traffickers but also the wealth allegedly created through their illegal business, said Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini today and informed that around Rs 53 crore worth of illegal assets have been seized and 111 properties acquired through illicit means demolished so far.
The Chief Minister addressed the crowd at a state-level marathon in Narnaul, where the Nasha Mukt Haryana, Har Ghar Tiranga, and Vande Mataram campaigns united, blending the government's anti-drug push with a vibrant surge of youth energy, fitness, and patriotism.
