Panchkula, July 31 -- The Haryana State Women Commission has taken strong cognisance of the alleged sexual abuse and prolonged torture of a minor girl in Panipat, directing the district police to immediately arrest the accused stepmother and her minor son and ensure a thorough investigation into the case.
Haryana State Women Commission Chairperson Usha Priyadarshini said the Commission has sought prompt action from the Panipat Police after reports emerged of a shocking incident in which a minor girl was allegedly subjected to inhuman abuse for nearly six months.
