Panchkula, June 25 -- In a significant move aimed at expediting the trial of terrorism-related and national security cases, the Haryana Government has established an exclusive court in Nuh district for hearing cases registered under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), 1967.
The decision comes amid growing focus on speedy prosecution of offences linked to unlawful and anti-national activities.
