Bhiwani, Oct. 13 -- Haryana School Education Board Chairman Shankar Lal Dhoopar has directed officials and employees to ensure time-bound delivery of services to students and the public, warning that negligence and unnecessary delays in handling public grievances will not be tolerated.
Chairing a review meeting with officials and employees of the Certificate Branch and other sections at the board headquarters on Tuesday, Dhoopar stressed that students and visitors must not be made to run from counter to counter to get their work done.
