Chandigarh, March 27 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday highlighted the State's transformative journey in infrastructure development, revealing that 1,719 kilometres of National Highways have been constructed over the past 11 years at an investment of Rs 28,582 Crore.

Speaking at the inauguration of a two-day national seminar on 'Road Safety Solutions' organised by the Indian Roads Congress (IRC) and the Haryana Public Works Department (PWD), the Chief Minister emphasised that robust road connectivity is the lifeline of progress, linking farmers to markets and youth to opportunities.
