Chandigarh, Oct. 9 -- The Haryana government has restricted Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) tenders to new works having an estimated cost exceeding Rs 100 crore and made it mandatory for government departments and agencies to prepare project estimates and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) strictly in accordance with the latest Haryana Schedule of Rates (HSR) and Haryana Plinth Area Rates (HPAR).
The directions have been issued by the Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department following decisions taken on the instructions of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini during the sixth meeting of the High Powered Works Purchase Committee (HPWPC), held on June 15, 2026.
