Chandigarh, March 30 -- Haryana is set to witness a new phase in rail connectivity as multiple infrastructure projects spearheaded by the Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation (HRIDC) gather momentum, aiming to boost logistics efficiency and accelerate industrial growth across the state and the National Capital Region.
The developments were reviewed during the 34th meeting of the HRIDC Board of Directors held here under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi. The meeting focused on assessing the progress of key rail projects, including the Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor (HORC), Kurukshetra Elevated Track, and the proposed Eastern Orbital Rail Corridor (EORC).
