Panchkula, June 20 -- Haryana Police on Saturday reported success in two separate operations in Gurugram, rescuing a missing minor girl and reuniting her with her family, besides arresting an alleged supplier of illegal firearms linked to an inter-state arms network.

In the first incident, a Dial-112 Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) team rescued a minor girl found wandering in Bhangrola village and reunited her with her mother shortly after tracing her family.

Police said the alert was received on Friday evening, following which Constable Premveer and SPO Ajit reached the spot within minutes, took the child into safe custody and identified her family after verification.
