Panchkula, June 30 -- Haryana Police has dealt a major blow to organised crime by arresting a notorious gangster of Punjab's Baccha Gang along with two associates and busting an interstate motorcycle theft racket in separate operations in Sirsa district, a police spokesman said here on Tuesday.

The spokesman said the operations were carried out as part of the state-wide special drive against organised crime, gangsters and property-related offences under the directions of Director General of Police Shatrujeet Kapur.

The spokesman said the CIA Sirsa team arrested three persons travelling in a Fortuner vehicle near a petrol pump on Dabwali Road following a specific intelligence input that they were allegedly planning a major criminal offence...
