Panchkula, Aug. 16 -- Haryana Police have arrested four people in two separate cyber-fraud cases in Faridabad. Two are accused of providing bank accounts linked to a Rs 34.05-lakh stock-market investment scam, and the other two are accused of helping move Rs 93,000 stolen after a victim's phone was hacked.
