Panchkua, Sept. 2 -- The Haryana Police has busted an alleged fake call centre operating in Palam Vihar, Gurugram, where US citizens were allegedly targeted by persons posing as Apple customer-service representatives. Eleven accused were arrested during a raid, a Haryana Police spokesman said on Tuesday.

The Cyber Crime West police team, Gurugram, received information that an unauthorised call centre was operating from Plot No. 1208, J Block, Palam Vihar and allegedly cheating US citizens in the name of Apple customer service. Acting on the information, the police conducted a raid at the premises on September 1.
