Panchkula, July 20 -- Haryana Development and Panchayats Minister Krishan Lal Panwar on Sunday ordered the immediate suspension of the Station House Officer (SHO) of the Panchkula Women Police Station and a woman Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) for allegedly failing to take timely and appropriate action in a dowry harassment case.
The action was taken during the meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievances Redressal Committee held at the PWD Rest House in Panchkula, where Panwar was presiding over the proceedings.
