Panchkula, Sept. 8 -- The Haryana State Higher Education Council (HSHEC) has issued detailed guidelines to implement Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), making higher education in Haryana more flexible and accessible.
The new framework allows learners to seek formal recognition for knowledge and skills gained through formal, non-formal, or informal learning. Based on assessment results, prior learning may be recognised with academic credits or course exemptions toward higher qualifications.
