Panchkula, Aug. 27 -- The Haryana Revenue and Disaster Management Department has introduced an auto mutation system to make the mutation of land records faster, transparent and time-bound, eliminating the need for citizens to repeatedly visit government offices for follow-up.
Under the new system, once a registration deed is sanctioned, the system will automatically populate the mutation register in the account of the concerned Patwari. For registered deeds involving neither partition of land nor determination of succession rights, a fixed timeline has been prescribed at every level.
