Panchkula, June 19 -- The Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE), Haryana, has issued detailed instructions to principals of all government colleges in the state for processing and forwarding applications seeking No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for passports of non-teaching employees.
The department has observed that several cases related to passport NOCs are being forwarded to its headquarters without proper examination at the college level and often with incomplete documentation. This has resulted in avoidable correspondence and delays in the disposal of applications. To address the issue, principals have been directed to scrutinize all cases thoroughly before sending them to the department.
