Panchkula, July 2 -- Emphasising that the quality of governance is measured by the timely delivery of benefits to citizens, Haryana Governor Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh on Wednesday called for the transparent, effective and time-bound implementation of all welfare schemes so that every eligible beneficiary receives the intended benefits without delay.
The Governor made these observations during a courtesy meeting with Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi at Haryana Raj Bhavan.
