Chandigarh, May 27 -- The Haryana government has issued consolidated service guidelines for the appointment of non-official chairpersons, vice-chairpersons, and members in boards, corporations, statutory commissions, and constitutional bodies, standardising salaries, allowances, and official facilities for the first time.
According to an official notification issued by the Chief Secretary's Office, non-official chairpersons appointed in various bodies will now be entitled to an honorarium of up to Rs 75,000 per month, along with a house rent allowance of up to Rs 50,000 per month or actual rent, whichever is lower.
