Chandigarh, April 23 -- The Haryana government, led by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, has announced an ambitious strategy to transform the state into a premier global hub for the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM), Information Technology (IT), and the burgeoning Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics (AVGC-XR) sectors.
During a high-level consultation with industry leaders in New Delhi, the Chief Minister underscored that the upcoming Industrial Policy is designed to be highly investor-friendly, offering a competitive edge through special incentives, including capital subsidies, tax benefits, and enhanced ease-of-doing-business provisions.
