Bhiwani, Oct. 30 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for eight development projects worth over Rs 142 crore in Bhiwani, givinga boost to infrastructure related to irrigation, road connectivity, education, healthcare and power supply.
The six completed projects inaugurated by the Chief Minister are worth Rs 133.66 crore, while the foundation stones were laid for two new projects estimated to cost over Rs 8.46 crore.
The biggest among the inaugurated projects is a scheme to utilise treated wastewater from the sewage treatment plant (STP) on Charkhi Dadri Road for irrigation.
