Panchkula, July 21 -- In a series of announcements aimed at strengthening youth engagement, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Tuesday said the government will appoint a dedicated officer in the Chief Minister's Secretariat to exclusively receive, monitor and place before him the grievances and suggestions of the state's youth, ensuring that their concerns are addressed through a direct institutional mechanism.
