Panchkula, Nov. 5 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday launched a sharp attack on the Congress over its performance in the Andhra Pradesh municipal elections, claiming that the party had failed to win a single ward in a state where it once enjoyed political dominance.
In a post on X, Saini said, "Congress is ZERO even on the ballot," accusing the opposition party of losing public support in what he described as one of its former strongholds.
"Congress could not win even a single ward in the Andhra Pradesh municipal elections. The people have completely rejected the party in a region that remained a Congress stronghold for 40 years," Saini said in Hindi.
