Chandigarh, July 26 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini set the pace for a spirited 10-km Anti-Drug Youth Marathon in Yamunanagar on Sunday, calling on young people to embrace progress over addiction and hailing the event as a vibrant showcase of Haryana's youthful determination.
Before the race at Jagadhri, Saini told the crowd that the marathon showed the strong spirit of Haryana's youth and reflected the government's values. "Today's marathon is a grand celebration of the resolve of the youth of Haryana and the values of the government. From here begin two different paths. One leads to life and the other to destruction. I appeal to the youth to choose the path of development," the Chief Minister said.
