Chandigarh, Aug. 1 -- Haryana once again stamped its authority on the international sporting stage as Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra won the silver medal in the men's javelin throw, while the state emerged as the backbone of India's boxing campaign at the Commonwealth Games 2026, with seven of the country's 10 finalists coming from Haryana.
