Panchkula, Sept. 1 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has congratulated Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) candidate Ankit Bidhan and ABVP on their victory in the Panjab University Students' Council election, describing the result as a reflection of a changing mindset among Punjab's youth.
In a post on X, Saini congratulated Bidhan on his election as president and the ABVP on what he described as its second consecutive victory in the university student elections.
"This mandate sends a clear message that the youth of Punjab are now choosing strong leadership with ideas, vision and a Nation First spirit," Saini said.
