Chandigarh, July 14 -- In a significant policy shift aimed at transforming higher education from degree-centric learning to innovation-driven development, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has approved a Rs 20-crore Haryana State Research Fund to finance research projects addressing the state's real-world challenges.
The initiative is part of the government's Vision 2047 roadmap to position Haryana as a national hub for research, technology, and skilled human capital.
