Panchkula, July 12 -- The Haryana Archives Department has launched the Heritage Internship Programme, offering students and researchers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in preserving and managing the state's documentary heritage.

The initiative aims to raise awareness of Haryana's administrative, historical, and cultural archival records while providing practical exposure to archival work. The programme has been introduced in line with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which emphasises experiential learning, skill development and heritage awareness.
