Panchkula, July 8 -- In a significant decision aimed at facilitating planned urban development and improving land utilisation, the Haryana Government has permitted the migration of Affordable Group Housing (AGH) colonies located in Transit Oriented Development (TOD) zones to Mixed Land Use (MLU) colonies under the TOD policy.
The clarification has been issued by the Director Amit Khatri, Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana on Wednesday.
The order clarifies that while Clause 1(iii) of the Affordable Group Housing Policy, 2013, restricts the migration of licences granted under the policy to normal Group Housing colonies, the State Government has now decided to permit migration of AGH colonies situated in TOD zones to Mixed Land...
