Fatehabad, June 7 -- An attempt was made to break the ATM of Bank of Baroda on GT Road in Fatehabad city on Saturday morning. Three children, aged 13-14 years, were involved in the incident.
The three children were arrested by the police in the presence of their family members and produced in the Juvenile Court.
According to information received, the three entered the ATM room of Bank of Baroda at around 2 am in the morning. The teens tried to break the ATM machine with a screwdriver.
At the time when this incident happened, no guard was on duty at the ATM.
According to City Police Station in-charge Om Prakash, the accused were identified on the basis of CCTV footage and other evidence of the incident.
