Panchkula, July 26 -- Haryana Police have arrested a third suspect in a case involving alleged wrongful confinement, assault, caste-based abuse, extortion, criminal intimidation, and sharing a video of the incident on social media, according to a police spokesperson.
The spokesperson stated that this arrest is part of Hisar Police's ongoing efforts to address serious offences. The accused was presented in court and remanded to two days of police custody for further investigation. The spokesperson reported that the case was registered on July 12 following a complaint from a Nyana village resident.
