Panchkula, July 16 -- In a move aimed at improving administrative efficiency and productivity across the Indian Railways, the Railway Board has circulated a comprehensive "Guide on Conducting Effective Meetings" to all Zonal Railways, Production Units and other railway establishments, directing officers and staff to adopt structured and result-oriented meeting practices.

The circular, issued by the Railway Board, forwards the Cabinet Secretariat's guidance on conducting effective meetings and calls for its strict implementation across the railway network.
