Kaithal, May 26 -- The Mahmudpur Police has apprehended two young men on a motorcycle and seized 32.23 grams of opium and 2 litres of illicit liquor from their possession.
A police spokesperson stated that ASI Sanjay Kumar, in-charge of the Mahmudpur police post, was on a crime prevention patrol with his team. The police team received intelligence that Balkar Singh alias Bara, a resident of Ratta Kheda village, currently residing in Urban Estate, Patiala, Punjab, was travelling to Patiala via the Bhakra Canal Road with illicit liquor on his motorcycle.
