Panchkula, June 22 -- Haryana Police has stepped up its offensive against illegal liquor syndicates and narcotics traffickers, carrying out simultaneous operations across Panchkula, Hisar and Gurugram that exposed bootlegging activities, led to the destruction of a massive stock of illicit liquor and resulted in the arrest of a suspected heroin supplier.
The crackdown comes amid the state's intensified campaign against organized crime and illegal trade networks operating through villages, urban markets and interstate supply routes.
