Kaithal, Aug. 7 -- The district police has arrested a man for allegedly cheating the young job seekers of lakhs of rupees in the name of sending them abroad.
The accused has been identified as Munna Shah, a resident of Alipur Delhi, from Delhi, who claimed to be a foreign travel agent operating from Delhi.
