Panchkula, Aug. 17 -- Haryana Police have arrested 14 people for their alleged involvement in different cyber fraud cases in Gurugram, including investment, trading, task-based and fake e-challan scams, during a week-long crackdown, a police spokesman said today.

The spokesman said the arrests were made by teams from Gurugram's cybercrime police stations between August 3 and 9 as part of an ongoing drive against cybercriminals and fraud networks. One mobile phone was recovered from the arrested accused.

According to police, the suspects were allegedly involved in duping people through fraudulent investment and trading offers, online task-based schemes and links sent in the name of traffic challans.
