Panchkula, Oct. 18 -- Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, accompanied by his wife Sonia, offered prayers at the historic Shri Mata Mansa Devi Temple on Sunday, marking the eighth day of the Ashwin Navratri festival.
Rastogi performed traditional rituals and sought the deity's blessings before participating in a havan at the temple's Yagyashala, where he offered oblations amid the chanting of Vedic hymns.
