Bengaluru, July 20 -- Karnataka Congress President BK Hariprasad on Monday questioned the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) claim that it does not receive government funds, citing a media report that alleged state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) channelled more than Rs 668 crore in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds to 20 organisations linked to the Sangh over the past decade.
