Madrid, Sept. 4 -- FC Barcelona defender Alejandro Balde has suffered a hamstring injury, which could keep him out of action for around a month, the club confirmed.
The defender suffered the injury in the club's final training session of the week, with the Barcelona website confirming on Wednesday that the injury was in his left leg, adding "his availability will depend on how he progresses."If Balde is sidelined for around four weeks, he will miss La Liga matches against Valencia, Getafe, Oviedo and Real Sociedad, as well as Barca's Champions League debut against Newcastle United and possibly the next match against Paris Saint-Germain.
