Hamirpur, Nov. 6 -- Due to construction of a bridge near Baroha on the Hamirpur-Bhoranj-Jahu road, which is being upgraded under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), traffic has been diverted until October 30 of next year.
This is for the first time in the history of Hamirpur that any road has been closed for traffic for a complete one year and that too for the construction of a bridge.
This road connects Hamirpur with Mandi and Kullu via Bhoranj and Jahoo.
