Gurugram, Nov. 5 -- Haryana's Town and Country Planning Department has issued a public notice to buyers and other rights holders of a commercial project in Sector 53, Gurugram, after alleging that the developer used a forged occupancy certificate to create third-party rights in a building that had never received official occupation approval.
The notice, issued by the Senior Town Planner, Gurugram, on November 4 in compliance with an October 7 order of the Director General, Town and Country Planning (DGTCP), directs all allottees and third-party rights holders in Block A of the project to submit ownership records and supporting documents within 15 days of its issuance.
