Panchkula, Aug. 16 -- Haryana Police have arrested the manager of a guest house in Gurugram for allegedly providing accommodation to foreign nationals without completing the prescribed documentation and filing the mandatory C-Forms, a police spokesman said on Sunday.
The spokesman said that during a special security checking drive on August 16, a team from Gurugram's Sector-50 police station inspected a guest house falling under its jurisdiction.
During the inspection, police allegedly found that rooms were being rented to foreign nationals without completing the required documentation and prescribed procedure. The guest house management had also allegedly failed to fill the C-Forms relating to the foreign guests, the spokesman said.
